Artisan Bakers offers a wide variety of products including breakfast danish, breads, savory items, desserts, cookies, and espresso drinks. We also make our own croutons, granola and savory sauces for bread or pasta. For the style conscious, we offer t-shirts, hats, and tote bags.

Our selections reflect the tastes and desires of our customers as well as those of the proprietors and production staff. New products are developed in house and formulas are frequently reworked to provide the best possible product to our customers, wholesale and retail alike.

Many of our breads are available at our grocery outlets. You can find the full range of products in our Sonoma retail store.
We regularly have Sourdough, Sour Country, Sour Country Walnut, Dry Jack and Roasted Garlic Sourdough, Sour Rye, Italian Country, Italian Country Walnut, Pugliese, Le Pain Francais, Olive, Jalapeno Cheddar, Multigrain, Braided Herb, Potato Rosemary, Challah. Seasonal selections include: Irish Soda Bread (available in March and April), Pumpkin Seed Bread (available in fall and winter), and Tomato Basil (available in summer and early fall).

Triple Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chip with Pecan, Oatmeal Raisin, Oatmeal Macadamia with White Chocolate, Ginger, Peanut Butter, Russian Tea Cakes, Coconut Macaroons.
Pizza by the slice (mostly vegetarian, several pepperoni varieties). Sandwiches: Mediterranean Roasted Vegetable, Fresh Tomato Mozzarella, Poached Pear and Blue Cheese. Quiche: Mushroom, Tomato Basil, Potato Leek, Spinach Feta.

Muffins: Blueberry, Banana Nut, Cinnamon Swirl, Cherry Almond, Bran, Pear Ginger, Non-fat Banana, Non-fat Cranberry. Scones: Orange Oatmeal, Date Pecan, Crystallized Ginger Biscuit. Croissants: Plain, Chocolate, Almond.

Fruit Danish: Apple, Blueberry, Cherry, Raspberry Star, Caramelized Apple Turnovers.

Wallaby Yogurt; Granola with dried cranberries and currants; Croutons made with a variety of Artisan Bakers breads, olive oil, herbs and spices. Cream cheese sauces: roasted red bell pepper and roasted garlic; house-made Basil Pesto. Savory spreads: Hazelnut Romesco sauce, Salsa Verde (an Italian parsley pesto with capers).
