Because we make our products by hand and the fermentation of our dough starts two to three days before you receive the finished goods, we need to have your order a full two days in advance. You can establish a "standing order" that is relatively stable, or you can call in your order two days before delivery (for example, call Wednesday by 2:00 P.M. for Friday delivery).
Deadline for Changes:
Pastries- 9:00 A.M. Sat to Thurs & 8:00 A.M. on Friday two days before the day of delivery.
Bread- 2:00 P.M. two days before the day of delivery.
e.g. Pastry orders placed by 9:00 A.M. Friday will be delivered on Sunday
We also use a forecasting program to help maintain adequate levels of product without overstocking.
